		<description>This has been a very interesting series.  I am wondering if there is any research on the use of portfolios as a means of assessing employees.  It seems to me that a portfolio of work is one way that services make their product tangible for potential customers.  Why not use it in the workplace (as it is increasingly being done in schools at all levels).  This could be submitted individually, at the department level, and at the organizational level.</description>
