I am a proud and avid iPhone user. It's attached to my hip where ever I am. Ok, in my pants pocket.
I've found the iPhone to be a wonderful business and mobile collaboration tool. There are plenty of business productivity apps available. Push-notification for the iPhone is only a month old, so give companies time to incorporate it into their apps. Then everybody will be doing it and it won't be an issue.

Certain mobile collaboration applications allow nearly complete access to your workspace, while on the go. The SaaS solution I use for an iPhone collaboration tool is HyperOffice.com. It gives me all my business email, contact records, business calendars, documents & files, and all my projects & tasks. Not only mine, but my whole team's data. I access it from anywhere, at anytime. I'm very happy with using it for business.

I agree with Forrester that “the internet feels natural on an iPhone and a like chore on a BlackBerry.” Click on an address and it opens the integrated Google Maps app with GPS. Click on a video and the YouTube app opens. Save contact info right from the web.

iPhone: Great tool with many efficient ways to use it for business.
