Assuming that you have successfully integrated your Flash media into the Xerte authoring environment, you simply save your project file, go to Xerte &gt;&gt; File &gt;&gt; Package &gt;&gt; SCORM 1.2. This will create an appropriate SCORM conformant package, including manifest file.
