In a career spanning nearly 20 years, Michael has led the corporate training function in a number of companies. Now he directs the development of certified learning programmes. He also works as an learning consultant worldwide.
In recent years, Michael has focused on researching, designing, and developing effective workplace learning solutions for performance and talent development for organisations in all sectors.
Michael is a speaker at international conferences, and is a visiting scholar at Tokyo Tech. He’s written many articles for a range of publications, and writes regularly here on the E-Learning Curve Blog.
